Anaz Scholars

Empowering Dreams. Transforming Futures.

We believe every young person deserves the chance to envision—and realize—their fullest potential. The purpose of the Anaz Scholars program is to stand as a remedy for the countless obstacles faced by marginalized youth today. Through financial support, mental health resources, mentorship, tutoring, and skills development, we offer a holistic ecosystem of resources that guide and empower young people on their journey to adulthood.

What does support mean

Through the Anaz program, we support students on multiple fronts:

  • Financial Assistance: Offering financial resources to ease economic pressures and allow students to focus on their growth.

  • Mental Health Support: Providing accessible mental health resources to support emotional well-being.

  • Mentorship and Guidance: Connecting students with mentors who help them develop confidence, resilience, and a sense of purpose.

  • Tutoring and Academic Support: Assisting students in overcoming academic challenges and reaching new educational heights.

  • Skills Development: Equipping young people with the skills they need to thrive in adulthood.

  • Community Building: Fostering supportive networks that encourage personal growth, shared learning, and adaptability, creating a foundation for lifelong positive relationships and civic engagement.

At this time the Anaz Scholars program is open to people 18 - 24 years old who are currently enrolled in, or wanting to enroll in Community College.
