Anaz Fellowship

The Anaz Fellowship is a holistic scholarship program designed to support the full student experience beyond academics and vocational training. We believe every young person deserves the stability, resources, and support needed to envision and be the architects of their futures.

Program Overview

Young people pursuing diverse career pathways, including education, vocational training, apprenticeships, and more, often face barriers that extend far beyond the path itself. Housing instability, financial pressure, and lack of support systems can make it difficult to stay grounded, continue forward, and fully invest in their growth.

The Anaz Fellowship exists to address these challenges directly. Through long-term, holistic support, we help young people build the stability, resources, and community they need to pursue the path that feels right for them and move from survival to possibility.

What Support Looks Like?

Through the Anaz Fellowship, we support participants across multiple areas of their lives:

• Financial Assistance: Providing resources to ease economic pressure and allow participants to focus on their education and long-term goals.

• Housing & Stability Support: Helping to ensure participants have access to safe, stable living environments so they can focus on growth rather than survival.

• Mental Health Support: Connecting participants to accessible mental health resources that support emotional well-being and healing.

• Mentorship and Guidance: Building relationships with mentors who support confidence, resilience, and long-term vision.

• Academic Support: Providing tutoring and guidance to help participants navigate challenges and stay on track in their educational and career journeys.

• Life Skills Development: Equipping young people with the tools they need to navigate adulthood with confidence and independence.

• Community Building: Fostering a network of support rooted in shared experience, growth, and accountability.
